A studio for 3 people in the heart of the property of a major 20th century painter

 

In the popular district of Plakakia, Villa Nikolaou enjoys an exceptional location. A 10-minute walk from the city center and in the magnificent bay of Kolona, the villa was the home and studio of the artist Nikos Nikolaou, a figure in Greek art from the beginning of the 20th century and friend of the painter Moralis, whose finds a monumental sculpture facing the entrance to the property. In season, the painter's studio can be visited on request.

 

At the heart of the property, the six Nikolaou studios are surrounded by a magnificent Mediterranean garden and completely renovated by Zoumboulakisarchitects, they are decorated with works by the painter and Zoumboulakis galleries of Athens. Each studio has an entrance and private terraces, visitors can also enjoy the shade and the panorama from the villa's terraces in the morning and afternoon.

Elia can accommodate 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). It consists of a large bedroom with a queen-size double bed and a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet and a ground floor terrace. This studio can be connected with Rhodi and thus accommodate up to 7 people.
