Perched above the Aegean, its pool and wide terraces invite you to slow down and savour the rhythm of island life. Warm and contemporary in design, this Mediterranean villa stands out for being fully accessible to guests with reduced mobility. Thanks to a clever ramp system, an indoor elevator, a lowered kitchen counter and a spacious walk-in shower, every part of the house — including the pool — is designed to be accessible.

Inside, the blue of the sea echoes through handcrafted zellige tiles, while touches of red gently warm the serene, sun-washed atmosphere of the open-plan living room spilling onto a sweeping terrace. Throughout the home, art pieces, books and curated objects subtly reference the Greek and Mediterranean art of living.

The villa unfolds across two levels. The upper floor features a generous, fully equipped kitchen ideal for gourmet cooking, a sea-view living room, and two bedrooms — each with its own terrace or balcony — as well as en-suite shower rooms with WC.
Pool level is accessible either by elevator or via an exterior staircase, and includes two additional bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and WC, along with a living room and a secondary kitchen perfect for preparing simple meals to enjoy by the pool. Measuring 11 x 4 m, the pool uses chlorine-free electrolysis filtration.
